By accessing or using Queue Nexus (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Queue Nexus is a WhatsApp Business API platform that enables businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages, manage campaigns, and automate customer communications via the Meta Business Messaging API.
3. Meta Platform Policies
Your use of Queue Nexus is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business API Terms and Policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all messages sent through the Service comply with Meta's policies, including restrictions on promotional content and opt-in requirements.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring that authorised users comply with these Terms.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates applicable laws or Meta's policies. Accounts found in violation will be suspended.
6. Credits and Billing
Message delivery is powered by a credit system. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of customer data must comply with all applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queue Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
