Your data is used to provide and improve the Service, send transactional and account notifications, ensure security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Message Data
WhatsApp message content transmitted through Queue Nexus is processed to deliver messages via Meta's API. Message logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and support purposes, then automatically deleted.
4. Data Sharing
We share data with Meta (for WhatsApp API delivery), cloud infrastructure providers (hosting and storage), and payment processors (billing). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (httpOnly session cookies) and optional analytics cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at privacy@queuenexus.com to make a request.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
